We are all glad to have Jenny Jacobs back home after her trip to the POA International in St. Louis, Missouri last week. Jen reports that it was a great show; one of the largest Internationals ever. She had a great time seeing old friends and checking up on The Silver Kid's babies who did their daddy (and Jenny!) proud in the show ring! While we all miss Silver, it is great to know that his offspring are so successful. A bunch of chips off the old "Silver block"!
All of us at The Wire Horse want to congratulate the Hunt family on the purchase of their new beautiful Tex Tan Silver Leaf saddle! This is such a gorgeous saddle. We know you will look sharp in the show ring riding in it & wish you the best of luck the rest of the season and beyond!
On a more local note. both the Shiawassee County Fair and Genesse County 4-H Achievement days are almost here. We are seeing lots of 4-Hers coming in to pick up their fair supplies. Be sure to come in to the store or call if we can help get you outfitted or help you get all the supplies you need for you tack box. We wish all of you a fun-filled and successful Fair & Show!
